*Job Description:* We are a busy Dermatology Clinic (Medical, Surgical and Aesthetic) looking for Receptionists to join our team. *Daily tasks include the following (not exclusive): *Filing; Contacting patients to confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments; Assisting the Front desk staff in greeting, preparing patients for appointments, and processing payments. This person must be bilingual, able to work as a team player, efficient, organized, receptive, proactive and most importantly be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Prior experience helpful however not mandatory. . Job Type: Permanent Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationWestmount, QC
