Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Education- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Experience- No previous experience requiredCompetencies- Organizational skills- Interpersonal skills- Basic - Computer skills- Communication skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina).
