*Responsibilities:*
* Successfully generate qualified leads to build a sustainable sales funnel:
* Identify sales opportunities in a well-defined target marketplace.
* Engage the prospect with lead generation/cold calls and nurture marketing campaigns.
* Identify human resources and health & safety compliance requirements and key goals.
* Prepare product demonstrations, and proposal documentation to assist the senior sales team members to close business deals.
* Compliment and maintain relationships within target and related verticals, and with industry partners, to develop new opportunities and communicate our value proposition with the focus on long term revenue growth.
*Qualifications*
* You have customer service experience and/ or sales experience.
* Automotive industry specific experience an asset.
* Extraordinary sales problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of a prospect and identify and recommend effective solutions.
* Excellent initiative, organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
* Have a positive and hard-working attitude always willing to provide an extra level of service to your prospects and customers.
* Be a team player and willing to dynamically work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Experience working in a self-directed (i.e. at your home) environment is essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral formats is required.
* Valid drivers license and ability to travel periodically.
* Fluency in French is an asset
