The suitable candidate will have great customer service skills and work well with others, with little supervision and adapt into a fast-paced environment. *What We Can Offer You:* * Dental, Medical, Vision Benefits/Extended Health Care * Employee Product and Service Discounts * Employee Appreciation Events * Opportunities for Career Development * A Fun Team Environment *Position Objective:* · Coordinate the daily function of parts operations including, receiving, stocking of shelves, processing back orders, preparing orders for shipments, and picking of parts. · Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records. · Process credits and parts returns. · Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service of automotive parts in a safe and timely manner. · Maintain an accurate delivery log while complying with delivery strategies and tracking procedures. · Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts. · General maintenance of the stockroom. · Receives & Distributes parts to wholesale, retail, shop customers ensuring that promised times are met. · Ships items ensuring efficiency in time and cost. · Controls incoming and existing parts ensuring proper locations. · Controls bin maintenance. · Dispatches & routes drivers to ensure customer satisfaction. · Provides excellent customer service by listening and asking questions. · Maintains positive working relationships with all co-workers, and vendors. · Maintains a clean and professional environment. · Attends training programs to gain required skills or certifications. · Observes all relevant health and safety procedures. · Assists in annual physical inventory. · Responsible for liaising with suppliers/sub-contractors when required. · Responsible for adhering to all Procedures and Training established within the Quality Management System. · Other Duties as Required. *Qualifications:* * Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively. * Problem solving and organizational skills. * Willingness to learn. * Understanding of inventory management. * Previous parts and/or dealership experience an asset. * Valid Ontario driver?s license with clean abstract required. * Valid Forklift License or willingness to obtain one. *Please note*: Applicants must provide a criminal background check prior to commencing employment. _Dixie Ford Lincoln is committed to providing accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
