*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for presenting vehicles in their best condition. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces. * Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to remove dirt and stains. * Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity. * Apply protective coatings to paint surfaces to enhance shine and protect against damage. * Inspect vehicles for any signs of damage or needed repairs and report findings to management. * Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding vehicle care. *Skills* * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with automotive cleaning products and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.
