Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in auto body repair, strong customer service skills Responsibilities: - Assess and estimate the cost of vehicle repairs - Communicate with customers regarding repair details and cost breakdown - Collaborate with auto body mechanics to ensure accurate repairs - Working with insurance companies to ensure accurate repairs - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimation and repair process - Handle cash and POS transactions related to repairs Requirements: - Auto body knowledge to accurately assess repair needs - Ability to work with other team members with minimal supervision - Experience in sales and cash handling is preferred. - Excellent oral and written communication. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,678.64-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Life insurance Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Lethbridge, AB T1H 0C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Auto estimating: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationLethbridge, AB
