Overview CarePartners is adding to our team, and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to ensure effective customer service and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of our Southwest - Owen Sound daily operations. We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time position in the Owen Sound office!This position has an in-office requirement. Hours of work are a schedule of defined shifts. What The Role Involves Act as the ?face of the company? and greet customers and patients in a professional mannerConduct administrative duties for the team such as booking appointments, filing paperwork, and organizing office suppliesAnswer phone calls and inquiries and direct as appropriateFollow up with general voicemail and emailMonitor office security, swipe cards and office suppliesCoordinate office activities and troubleshoot administrative issues or challengesOther duties as assigned What You Bring 1-2 years of office or customer service experienceStrong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft office, with proven skills in Word and ExcelKeen attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitasking skills and organizational skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude, willing to learn, grow and be an integral member of the teamExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the health care field an assetClear Background Check CarePartners In Your Community In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
