*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a keen understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. *Duties* * Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements. * Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Build and weld components as necessary for system installation or repair. * Plumb lines for gas or water supply to HVAC units. * Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues before they become major problems. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure complete system functionality. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. * Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to HVAC installations. * Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. * Experience in appliance repair is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
