*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals that meet our high standards, while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. *Duties* * Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with food safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. * Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. * Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. * Familiarity with various cooking techniques, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that delight customers.
