We are currently seeking an Experienced Long Line Pilot to join our team in a pilot pool position. This role is project-focused, with a rotation-based schedule, requiring a highly organized and experienced individual who thrives in dynamic environments. *Position Overview* As a Long Line Pilot at Heli Source Ltd., you will play a critical role in executing precision external load operations for our diverse range of projects. Your expertise and professionalism will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and maintaining our commitment to safety and operational excellence. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform precision long-line external load operations with utmost safety and efficiency. * Operate various rotary-wing aircraft in compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures. * Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks, ensuring the highest maintenance and safety standards. * Collaborate closely with ground crews, project managers, and clients to achieve mission objectives. * Maintain accurate flight and operational records. * Uphold Heli Source Ltd.'s strong safety culture and commitment to quality. *Qualifications* * Experience: Desired 1,500 hours minimum experience. * Provable long line experience (Precision External Load operations). * Valid Canadian Commercial Pilot License - Helicopter (CPL-H) with S350 endorsement. * Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Citizenship or Work Visa. * Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Licence/Certification: * Commercial License - Helicopter (CPL-H) S350 endorsement.
