\*\*This role requires relocation to the Cayman Islands\*\* Tranel Group Ltd. is a construction company specializing in residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about construction and ready to lead projects that make a significant impact. *Responsibilities:* * Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement schedules * Oversee the project team, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of all project phases * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure all project goals and requirements are met * Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders * Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial controls are in place to minimize costs and avoid budget overruns * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable industry standards * Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise * Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication across all teams * Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices from contractors and suppliers * Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control * Manage project closeouts, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to clients * Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and high standards of performance on all projects *Years of Experience:* more than 5 years *Qualifications:* * Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices * Proficient in project management and other software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu, Buildertrend or similar tools * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively * In-depth understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project documentation * Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry compliance standards * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, cost control, and time management * A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation to job sites At Tranel Group, we value hard work, integrity, and professionalism.
