With our pay for skill you can earn up to $44.53/hr. Duties & Responsibilities: * Provide troubleshooting skills for the expedient repair of all plant equipment and facilities. * Interpret architectural, electrical/electronic, mechanical and structural drawings and facilities. * Select and install rigid and flexible conduits and fittings, raceways, buss ways and fittings, wire, cable, switchgear, and switches. * Apply A/C -D/C theory and electronic theory to industrial installation, repair and maintenance. * Install and maintain various lighting systems. * Install, repair, test and maintain rotating equipment such as A/C and D/C electric motors. * Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain electronic drive systems. * Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain relay systems. * Troubleshoot, program, install, test, and repair all microprocessor elements. * Assist all departments in development and maintenance of equipment TPM program. * Perform machine grid shifts as required. * Modify machine PLC programs and update ladder diagrams as required. * Support all maintenance team functions and plant programs including TPM, Kaizen, and THK Tillsonburg goals and initiatives. * Assist with all mechanical related jobs when required * Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain robotic processes * *Education Requirements: *Possession of valid Ontario Industrial Electrician (442A) License or equivalent preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $41.79-$44.82 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Company pension * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: * Tillsonburg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * As an electrician you will have core electrical troubleshooting skills. You can earn more with increased comfort and awareness of hydraulic and pneumatic applications, among other mechanical skills. Are you familiar with mechanical applications in addition to your electrical skills? Experience: * Industrial electrician: 4 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * 309A or 442A license?
