Inclusive Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with expertise in investment banking to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making in the oil and gas/energy sector. *Position Summary:*
As a Financial Analyst at Inclusive Energy, you will play a critical role in supporting investment banking activities such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial planning. The position demands strong analytical skills, energy industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate on high-impact projects within a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends in oil and gas/energy markets.
* Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for clients and senior management.
* Support transaction processes, including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
* Monitor financial performance, key metrics, and the impact of commodity price fluctuations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations.
* Stay updated on energy sector regulations, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
*Qualifications:*
* 3?5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or energy sector analysis.
* Exceptional skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
* Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and market data platforms like Bloomberg or FactSet.
* Strong knowledge of the oil and gas/energy industry, including regulatory frameworks and market drivers.
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
