*Join Kidco: Truck and Transport Mechanics Wanted* Are you a skilled 4th year Apprentice or Journeyman Truck and Transport Mechanic? Join our dynamic on-road team at Kidco Construction Ltd. Our mechanics are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our fleet is always in top condition and ready to tackle any challenge. By maintaining and repairing our trucks and trailers, you play a crucial role in keeping our projects on track and our business moving forward. Your expertise and dedication help us deliver exceptional service and achieve our goals. *Our Ideal Candidate:* * *Holds a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification or is a 4th year Apprentice.* * *Has experience with CAT, Paccar, Cummins, and International engines and chassis.* * *Is qualified to perform CVIP inspections.* * Possesses a valid Class 5 License with air endorsement and a clean driver?s abstract (Class 1 or 3 is an asset). * Is skilled in working on both stationary and smaller mobile construction equipment. * Is capable of working up to 12 hours per day, 6 days per week during peak season. * Owns basic tools. * Is fluent in speaking and writing English.
