Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Commercial dental laboratory. Tasks: Prepare plaster models and moulds. Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays. Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures. Polish and buff dentures. Technical expertise (dental): Plastering. Packing. Waxing-up. Polishing. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods.
