*Job description* *Who we are* Regarded as Durham's most prestigious menswear retailer, CHURCHILLS-CROSSINGS is proudly Canadian and a local shop in the Durham community since 1981. *The Position* Fashion Consultant. We are seeking Full Time & Part Time Fashion Consultants to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. *Responsibilities:* * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Prospect and contact potential customers * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments * Process sales through the P.O.S. system quickly and accurately. * Maintain proper presentation and merchandising of product * Support cleanliness and maintenance of the physical store to create a safe and comfortable work and shopping experience. * Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft. * Build and maintain relationships with store team, peers, and relevant partners * Drive sales through our Churchills-Crossings Menswear e-commerce and social media platforms ?*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Strong fashion and styling sense * Able to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong computer skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Responsible and punctual * Provide a resume in person (Preferred) or by email.
