*Job Description* Hyundai L&C Canada is a leading manufacturer of natural quartz surfaces with the most advanced, nature-friendly manufacturing plant in North America. We are seeking *Millwrights -* *433A/3rd Term Apprentice *to join our *Maintenance Team *for our state-of-the-art facility in London, Ontario. *All Shifts Available: * Midnights, Weekends *Responsibilities:* · Perform Preventive Maintenance on all equipment according to schedule. · Implement improvements and / or modifications to existing equipment. · Identify and perform corrective maintenance that could lead to downtime or line stoppage. · Provide detailed information regarding any required parts or tools that may be required. · Supports the production line by integration, improvements, modifications, and start-ups. · Document findings for future reference. · Comply with company safety rules and OHSA regulations *Qualifications:* · Licensed as Industrial Millwright, or currently registered apprentice. · Familiar with material handling systems, conveyor systems, pumps, gearboxes, drive systems and industrial automation. · Experience using tools specific to their trade. · Ability to read schematics and OEM documentation. · Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems. · Understand the cause and effect of downtime to the production line. · Experience with PLC logic (Siemens 7, HMI) is a benefit. · Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. · Experience with forklift, scissor lift and overhead crane is an asset. · Thorough understanding of Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures · Strong trouble shooting skills and problem resolution skills · Strong trouble shooting skills and problem resolution skills · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Able to work straight nights *RRSP Matching: * 1 year: 3% 2 years: 3.5% 3 years: 4% 4 years: 4.5% 5 years: 5% We thank all candidates for their interest; however only those selected for the interview process will be contacted. _Accommodations for disabilities in relation to the job selection process are available upon request._ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $42.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-08-16- LocationLondon, ON
