We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team at a fast-growing company in Niagara Falls. The HR Generalist will play a key role in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations, supporting various aspects of human resources, including training, performance management, health and safety, employee relations, payroll, and more. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main HR contact for employees, addressing concerns and offering guidance on policies and best practices. Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and organizational charts. Lead and organize training and development programs. Oversee the performance management process, including annual reviews and feedback. Support the progressive discipline process and assist with workplace investigations when needed. Manage health and safety initiatives, including participation in the- LocationNiagara Falls Central
