<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Overview</strong><br />Armour Group Inc., established in 1996 and headquartered in London, Ontario, is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time <strong>Administrative Executive, </strong>providing support to the president in our office.</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>In this role, you will support the president and will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and will work closely with all departments to contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and make travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.</li><li>Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring, ensuring adherence to company policies.</li><li>Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, partners and clients.</li><li>Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.</li><li>Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.</li><li>Provide support to other team members as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Apositive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Assets</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual (English/French)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul></div></div>
