*Job Overview:* We are looking for a proactive and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of our landscaping company. You?ll lead our team, manage projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, operations, and customer service skills to help us deliver high-quality landscaping services. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Team Leadership:* Supervise and motivate landscaping teams, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. * *Operations:* Oversee daily project execution, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion. * *Client Relations:* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns. * *Financial Management:* Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial parameters. * *Business Development:* Assist in growing the business by acquiring new clients and expanding services. * *Quality & Safety:* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain high service quality. * *Reporting:* Provide updates on operations, finances, and team performance to ownership. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in landscaping or a related field. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage budgets and operations efficiently. * A hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve on-site. * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
