Qualifications: 1 - 2 years experience in a supervisory role is an asset Previous experience in customer service Thorough knowledge of products & procedures Current certification in approved food safety training (Advanced.fst or ServeSafe) is an asset Strong communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to adhere to policies/procedures Able to operate well in a fast paced environment Customer ServiceLead by example to demonstrate the customer is top priorityRespond to customers in a friendly mannerRespond to customer complaints in a timely manner, resolving problems in a positive wayConduct regular store walk throughs on request People:Lead by example & demonstrate the importance of treating every employee & customer with respectReact immediately to issues requiring attention during the shift Provide ongoing, specific direction to employees Encourage excitement & fun work environment while motivating employees to meet goalsReport to Store Owner &/or Manager on employee performance (positive or negative) Assist in ensuring optimal employee coverage at all times & fill in as required during busy periods to maintain optimal customer service levels Operations:Display knowledge of & work in compliance with operating, food safety, security, health & safety, & employment standards & applicable legislation Ensure that all product & packaging is properly merchandised & stockedResponsible for shift cash proceduresMaintain operational efficiency through use of positioning charts & pre-rush checklistsSupervise employees to ensure all duties are completedEnsure all store policies are followed during the shiftMonitor, respond & report to management about unsafe acts & conditionsComplete all shift documentation (records waste)Other duties as required Performance Indicatorsspeed of service-shift targetscash tills balanced for shift- LocationKindersley, SK
