*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit. *Duties* * Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients. * Sanitate all tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive salon environment. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and products. * Experience in retail sales and upselling is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * A valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
