Your Primary Responsibilities * Negotiate and securing financing for vehicle purchases by evaluating credit reports, submitting loan applications, and presenting financing options. * Your VSA license is current and in good standing. * Accurately completion of all finance and insurance paperwork, ensuring it is submitted in a timely manner and meets legal requirements. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and assist in structuring deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership. What You Bring * Previous experience as a Finance Manager in a busy dealership * Excellent communicator and negotiator * Driven to provide exception customer service. * You are a team player! * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance What's In It For You?
