The Proper is hiring a Restaurant Manager! The Proper Eats and Drinks, a premium casual dining restaurant in Lloydminster, SK, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team! About Us At The Proper, we pride ourselves on offering a welcoming atmosphere, delicious meals, and top-tier service. Located in the Saskatchewan side of Lloydminster, we are a locally owned and operated independent restaurant, where our guests feel at home, and our staff is family! What Youll Do Lead and inspire our dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, inventory management, financial performance, opening and closing duties. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Implement strategies to increase sales and meet business goals. Skills Requirements Several years of experience in the food service sector including management experience is required. Completion of secondary school is required or equivalent experience. Compensation & Benefits Starting wage: $22.22/hour 30-40 hours per week schedule 50% meal discounts Be part of a supportive and close-knit team.
