Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Noisy. Dusty. Work setting: Landscape contractor. On-site customer service. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Assist with landscape constructions. Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Cut grass. Rake and collect refuse. Remove litter and garbage. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Equipment and machinery experience: Sod cutter. Tractor mower. Weed trimmer/edger. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Reliability. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
