*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commission-Based Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and possess excellent communication skills. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of our store. *Duties* * Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. * Understand client needs and recommend appropriate refrigeration and home comfort solutions. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and following up on inquiries. * Provide detailed quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements. * Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure client satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity. * Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. *Requirements* * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC, refrigeration, or home comfort industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. * Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. * Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. * Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related technical field * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Valid driver?s license and access to reliable transportation. * Ability to travel locally to meet clients and visit job sites.
