Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities: • As the Employee Enablement organization advances towards the future of Modern Managed productivity platforms leveraging Windows 11, Virtual Desktop, there is a need for assist in optimizing the performance of these endpoints, using data and evidence driven techniques. We are seeking an IT support analyst to assist client in developing a larger virtual desktop experience. • This role will involve onboarding and offboarding users to Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI), and evaluation of and integration with modern endpoint management tools. • It will also require some familiarity with platform system internals, and root-cause analysis. • The candidate will also work with internal support areas, business technical support teams, and external vendors. • The successful candidate- LocationToronto, ON
