Job Overview:
TuxMat Inc., the leader in premium custom car mats, is seeking an experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of expertise to oversee and drive our human resources functions. This role is integral to our team as we expand and build on our commitment to exceptional product quality and an outstanding workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a strategic mindset, and experience in fostering a productive, inclusive, and positive company culture.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with TuxMat?s business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee retention, and workforce planning.
* Talent Management: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires into our company culture.
* Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, implement conflict resolution practices, and foster an inclusive environment.
* Performance Management: Design, execute, and monitor performance management programs to encourage productivity and goal achievement.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
* Training & Development: Identify development needs and provide training programs to help employees grow professionally and personally.
* Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligning with industry standards.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in HR management.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
* Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR planning.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
