Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team management, and food preparation. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service - Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control Requirements: - Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food industry - Strong knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and inventory management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions - Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards - Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a thriving hospitality environment.
