*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. * Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. * Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and rehabilitation. * Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and effective communication. * Experience or knowledge in acute care settings is highly desirable. * Familiarity with pediatric physiotherapy practices is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment while managing multiple cases. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting patient information.
