About the Company Forge Recruitment is partnered with one of Canada's fastest growing business law firms in the search of the next Corporate Law Clerk to support the firm's busy M&A and financing practice. About the Role Reporting into the Corporate Services Group Lead, the Corporate Law Clerk will be a key member, responsible for assisting the lawyers in the group to deal with corporate M&A and corporate tax matters from inception to completion. This includes mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, due diligence matters, review of corporate records, preparation of material, assisting with routine incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, partnership registrations, and related corporate maintenance matters.
