Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Cold/refrigerated. Clean. Work setting: Food processing plant. Tasks: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge. Industrial processes and products experience: Quality assurance and control. Regulations knowledge: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Team player. Values and ethics. Reliability.
