We are hiring for the role of a Lube Technician and are looking for a hard working individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the automotive industry. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience we expect from our Automotive Service Technician: * Have basic automotive knowledge, Experience preferred. * Basic computer knowledge. * Strong customer service skills. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Able to lift up to 30 lbs. safely. Responsibilities: * Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services on vehicles * Inspect vehicles for additional repair or maintenance needs * Maintain accurate records of services performed * Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements: * Previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred * Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing * Familiarity with dealership procedures is a plus Starting wage will depend on experience as well there is a bonus program for qualified applicants.
