<p>Worker Type:</p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$148,902 - $201,456<p></p><p></p>Crisis and risk management expertise rewarded <br>Provide challenge, standards and practices for the organization to manage operational resiliency risk, crisis management and risk information.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What you'll do</b></p><ul><li>Establish strategies and practices to manage risk response and crisis operations</li><li>Oversee risk assessment and response protocols</li><li>Lead operations in a crisis operations centre as needed</li><li>Partner across the organization to assess and influence risk decisions</li><li>Prepare FCC to manage through crisis, including the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program</li><li>Provide insight on governance, risk and compliance by using best practices</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for</span></b></p><ul><li>Experienced senior leader who brings out the best in team members</li><li>Strategic thinker with a clear line of sight to business goals</li><li>Strong communicator passionate about building relationships across FCC</li><li>Multi-tasker who can ensure projects move forward under predetermined timelines</li><li>Confident risk partner adept at providing effective challenge</li><li>Organizational pro who embraces change and can manage multiple priorities</li><li>Problem-solver with sound business judgment</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in commerce, economics or business administration and at least 15 years of progressive and related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)</li><li>Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, etc.) or risk certification (CRM)</li><li>In-depth understanding of risk management practices in financial institutions</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in strategy development</li></ul>- LocationRegina, SK
