*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on various projects. The Painter will also be responsible for using various tools and techniques to achieve desired results. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. * Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. * Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. * Work on both residential and commercial painting projects, ensuring adherence to specifications. * Restore and build surfaces as needed, including drywall repair and finishing. * Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use. * Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion. *Experience* * Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting is preferred. * Familiarity with caulking techniques and drywall repair is beneficial. * Proficiency in using power tools relevant to the painting industry. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
