Having a successful business means having a dedicated and passionate team. We seek to add an experienced *Sales Representative* to join our team in Calgary. We?re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. They will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability, as well as someone who can complete tasks in our installation bays. *Responsibilities* * Present, promote and sell products/services. * Establish, develop and maintain positive business/customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads * Resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule * Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback * Works under little to no supervision *Requirements* * Proven work experience as a sales representative * Highly motivated and target-driven * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * Enthusiastic about teamwork and building * Eager to learn new things in an ongoing competitive market * Communication, basic computer skills * Able to lift 50 lbs. * Valid Driver?s License * Works well in team environments * Able to bend, kneel, and twist appropriately * Passion for the automotive industry is an asset, not required.
