<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies or full assemblies using a variety of small hand held tools, screwdrivers, torque wrenches and other jigs and fixtures in accordance with written instructions, drawing and/or as per specifications as part of a production line in a manufacturing organization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Read, interpret and follow, engineering drawings, specifications.</li><li>Understand and able to follow written work instructions or procedures.</li><li>Accurately assemble products such as displays, keyboards, type IV panels, light guides, cables, sub-assemblies in accordance with the above.</li><li>Prepare and work with various adhesives and epoxies as part of assembly process.</li><li>Utilize hand held tools such as a magnifying tools, microscope to work with small parts and components.</li><li>Auto-inspect work to ensure the product meets quality standards.</li><li>Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation (non-conformance reports) when defects are identified as per internal quality processes.</li><li>Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>3-5 years mechanical assembly experience in aerospace or similar industry.</li><li>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</li><li>Must be able to follow directions.</li><li>Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.</li><li>Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea.</li><li>High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.</li><li>Excellent handy-eye coordination and manual dexterity.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Regularly perform repetitive tasks.</li><li>Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p><p>Cevians offers a variety of health and benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Paid Holidays.
