Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand. Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Load and unload goods. Sort packages for delivery. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Perform administrative tasks. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Defensive Driving Course. First Aid Certificate. Forklift Operator Certification. Transportation/travel experience: Local. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads.
