Sr. Business Analyst (ServiceNow) - our client requires a Sr. and an Int. Business Analyst (ServiceNow) to contribute as part of a team, responsible for delivering service mapping services as part of the technical debt mitigation program. The Technical Debt Mitigation Program involves a number of applications that have been identified as having critical security vulnerabilities, which require immediate mitigation. To develop a comprehensive mitigation plan for these applications, a service map for each is required. A service map provides essential information about the IT environment in which the application operates in, such as infrastructure, software, hardware, etc. the relationship that exists amongst them, and how they work together to provide a business service.- LocationEdmonton, AB
