We specialize in creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. *\*\*Role Overview:\*\** As an experienced Thomas Hobbs Florist, you will play a pivotal role in creating stunning floral arrangements and bouquets. Your expertise in selecting, arranging, and caring for a wide variety of flowers will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and design. *\*\*Responsibilities:\*\** * Create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, and special events * Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral designs based on their preferences and budget * Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies * Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers and add decorative elements as needed * Ensure that all floral arrangements are well-maintained and presented in an attractive manner * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly *\*\*Requirements:\*\** * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Comfortable lifting to 20lbs * Experience in working both independently and collaboratively within a team * Minimum of 5 years experience as a floral designer or in a similar role preferred * Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management * Creativity and artistic flair to design unique and visually appealing floral arrangements * Excellent communication skills to understand and meet customer needs * Exceptional customer services * Must be able to work weekends *\*\*Perks:\*\** * Casual dress code * Store discount If you have a passion for flowers, a keen eye for design, and the skills to create stunning floral arrangements, we invite you to apply and become a part of our dynamic team at Thomas Hobbs Florist! *\*\*How to Apply\*\** Please submit your resume, along with a portfolio showcasing your floral designs.
