Monitor and report any changes in medication needs or side effects. </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Companionship and Emotional Support: Engage in meaningful conversations, actively listen, and provide emotional support to clients. Foster a positive and supportive environment. </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including tidying up clients' living areas and laundry and maintaining a clean and organized environment. </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Assist with mobility and transfers: Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Proficient in safe lifting techniques and experienced with overhead lifts.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client care, including daily activities, medication administration, and any changes in health status. Report concerns, incidents, or significant observations to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professionals. </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, admins, healthcare professionals, and other members of the caregiving team. </strong></p></l
