This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada?s official languages.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Support the execution of FCC?s strategy in partnership with the divisional/area vice-president</p></li><li><p>Review, summarize and recommend options for handling critical and high-priority items</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance to other areas of the organization, participate in enterprise committees and attend meetings on behalf of the vice-president</p></li><li><p>Work closely with and support the divisional/area leadership team by providing analysis, advice and direction as needed</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with partners to support divisional activities and engage in projects and initiatives that enhance customer and employee experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Multi-tasker with outstanding organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Strong communicator who can lead strategy execution and change management activities</p></li><li><p>Relationship-builder who can adapt to audiences and situations</p></li><li><p>Strategic thinker who uses collaboration to find the best solutions for business needs</p></li><li><p>Informal leader who can support and guide senior leadership</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor?s degree and five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)</p></li><li><p>Expertise analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data</p></li></ul>
