I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. <br> <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Accounting Operations Supervisor for my client near the Mont-Royal metro station. This is a permanent contract, in hybrid mode (2 days telecommuting). <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br> <br>- Supervise and organize work and provide ongoing training to the team. <br>- Perform bank reconciliations for Sphère Média Inc. and Sphère Média Toronto Inc. <br>- Validate bank reconciliations for other corporate entities. <br>- Optimize processes under his/her team's responsibility. <br>- Ensure compliance with internal controls. <br>- Perform and verify commodity tax reports (GST-QST). <br>- Carry out and verify invoice accounting. <br>- Prepare payment lists. <br>- Administer government accounts including taxes and DAS. <br>- Analyze accounts on a quarterly basis. <br>- Account for distribution revenues in corporate companies. <br>- Produce reports for corporate entities. <br> o Provide support, follow-up and training. <br> o Report to FMC. <br>- Coordination of UDA resale rights.</p><p>Profile required <br> <br>- 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting at the level of multi-project <br> multi-project accounting operations <br>- 3 years' experience in financial team management <br>- Technical training in accounting or equivalent experience <br> equivalent experience <br>- Strong interest in working in a dynamic, creative and growing environment <br>- Organized and structured <br>- Sense of accountability and ability to find solutions <br>- Versatility</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
