*Job Overview* We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. * Support the team by helping with meal preparation and ensuring all ingredients are ready for service. * Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food is served. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health regulations. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Participate in regular cleaning duties, including dishwashing and sanitizing work surfaces. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A passion for cooking and the food service industry is highly desirable.
