*Overview* Poke Monster Masson is looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our Quebec location. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, assembling fresh poke bowls, and ensuring smooth, high-quality service. If you enjoy food prep, interacting with customers, and being part of a vibrant team, we?d love to hear from you! *Join us in creating fresh, delicious meals and a welcoming experience for our guests!* *Duties* * Greet customers warmly, assist with menu choices, and accurately take and process orders. * Prepare and assemble poke bowls following recipe guidelines, ensuring quality, presentation, and portion control. * Handle payments, operate the POS system, and ensure accurate transactions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the front counter and kitchen areas, following health and safety standards. * Stock and replenish ingredients, utensils, and supplies as needed throughout the shift. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, timely service and a positive customer experience. * Handle customer concerns professionally and communicate any issues to the manager. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or customer service role is an asset. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude is a must. * Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks (e.g., chopping, lifting supplies). * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, night shifts and weekends.
