As we continue to grow, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Financial Services Manager to join our growing team.
The Business Office is an essential source of revenue for the dealership, with the FSM increasing profitability in the department and ensuring the accuracy of all documents pertaining to the sale and lease of new and pre-owned vehicles.
You will be sales motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for the completion of sales contracts, the financing of deals and the sale of aftermarket products, including insurance, extended warranty, accessories, etc. You will have an engaging personality and are able to interact easily with different clients to deliver sales outcomes.
*Responsibilities:*
* To create outstanding customer confidence in Clarington Hyundai and the Hyundai brand by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
* To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
* To produce additional revenue by selling financial and insurance programs (e.g. extended warranties, life, accident and health insurance plans), appearance protection packages and accessories to new and used vehicle customers.
* To secure approvals from various lending sources to best suit the customer?s needs.
* To establish and maintain strong and professional working relationships with finance companies, banks, manufacture financing Centre and suppliers
* To maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebates, finance, and incentive programs.
* To prepare all documentation required for vehicle registration, contracts, funding etc. accurately and in a timely fashion
* To liaise with the Service department and Sales consultants for scheduling of customer vehicle deliveries
* To achieve monthly sales targets and maintain revenue reports
* To attend and complete training and development courses as required
