We are currently looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at the St. Thomas Medical Pharmacy! We are connected to Clinic 217, and offer a _*full-service*_ pharmacy, with a primary focus on Methadone, Suboxone, and Sublocade dispensing. An ideal applicant _*must*_ be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evening, weekends, and holidays. *Job Requirements:* * Grade 12 diploma * Pharmacy or Medical Office Administration experience would be an asset. * Need to be a quick learner in a fast paced environment. * Computer experience necessary. * Experience with Fillware would be considered an asset. * Familiarity with Methadone and Suboxone dispensing would be considered an asset. * Up to date criminal record check _*required.*_ *Job Description:* * Shipping & receiving * Clerical duties * Inventory control * Assisting in the processing and filling of prescriptions (data entry and hands on) * Blister pack preparation * Third party adjudication with insurance companies * Liaising with clinic staff and Doctor's, when necessary * Maintaining cleanliness of work area * Customer service * Key holder _*Flexible morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.*_ *Please submit resume by email. * _We thank all applicants for their interest; however, __*only those selected for an interview will be contacted.*_ Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 16 ? 24 per week Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Holidays * Morning shift * On call * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * ST.
