Responsibilities
Tasks

Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems

Maintain records on inventory control system

Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents

Compile inventory reports

Prepare invoices and bank deposits

Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales

Work with on-line accounts and systems

Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
