Job details
The Repair Planner's primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while consistently completing accurate collision appraisals of the repair plan for insurance and customer vehicles. The Repair Planner plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer experience by ensuring each appraisal accurately outlines the required repairs and ensures a profitable and quality repair while working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs. Key Job Responsibilities Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Accurate diagnosis of the collision damage including structural and mechanical damage. Accurate diagnosis of refinishing operations. Communicates all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Assigns body technician(s) to- LocationScarborough, ON
