*Job Summary* We are looking for a Part-time Radon Mitigation Technician to join our team. Experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred, but not required. Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is preferred, but not required. Candidates will be paid a flat rate per mitigation, and their pay per mitigation will be based on their individual skill set. This candidate should be available between 2-3 shifts per week, Monday to Friday. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding environment, including lifting approx. 40 lbs., climbing stairs, and an ability to access small spaces. On the job training is provided, and there is opportunity for growth with us! *Responsibilities* * Utilize power tools and hand tools. * Clean and restore items to ensure they meet operational standards. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or repairs. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols. * Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management. *Requirements* * Experience in a technician role or similar position is preferred. * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively is preferred. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and restore items meticulously. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
